Since the 1960’s, The Bishops Avenue, also aptly named around the world as Billionaire’s Row, has been home to the world’s rich and famous. Whilst popular with high net-worth individuals and royalty, many of these grand properties have now been replaced with modern mansions, or in sadder circumstances, left to become abandoned

However, Niveda Realty’s new development Crossways is one of the first steps in the changing face of The Bishops Avenue. Crossways plans to bring new life to the iconic street but with the same traditional style and high level of luxury at an affordable price. Prices for Crossways start at £2.25 million, a refreshing change to the average price tag of £8 million.

Elevate PR developed a media strategy to effectively target local buyers and downsizers, and to be prominently featured across a range of North London titles, such as The Jewish Chronicle and Fabric. However, Crossways has also featured on a more national scale, within The Telegraph and across Conde Nast Titles.

Elevate PR has also utilised social media to boost Crossways digital presence, working with interior designer Oliver Burns to create an informal mini-series for all social media channels.

The team spent an afternoon chatting with Sharon Lillywhite, Founding Partner at Oliver Burns about their work on the development and the thoughtful planning behind the luxurious interiors.

As a result, two of the nine apartments have sold off-plan, before the development completed in the autumn of 2020. To find out more, please visit: www.crossways-london.com.
