Finding Perfect Property - Diary of a Buying Agent

With social media having become such a pivotal tool in society, we felt it important to offer our clients a personalised way to tap into the online world. The main platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook have taken the world by storm, but podcasts are one of the newer additions to the ever-growing list.  According to research by Hootsuite and We Are Social (2022), there are over 4.62 billion social media users around the world. This figure is equal to 58.4% of the world’s total population.

Chanel Bailey, Founder and Managing Director at Elevate PR, “At Elevate PR, we are always looking for new ways to promote our clients and raise their profiles. Social Media has become such a pivotal tool, and we understand the importance of using it to our clients’ benefit. For our client Black Brick Property, creating a podcast seemed like the perfect way for the team to share their expert knowledge and advice to a wider audience, whilst opening up the conversation with other property professionals. We are thrilled to be working with Black Brick on this exciting new endeavour.”

Working with our client Black Brick, we have supported them in launching their own podcast to capitalise on society’s technological advancements. Having helped over 500 clients buy more than £1 billion of property since 2007, Camilla and the team are confident this podcast will offer listeners a unique perspective into the London property scene.
